Hello! This is Ilenia. Welcome to my profile page! Here you can get to know me a bit better. As you might have noticed, this website has been created with the aim of discussing gender inequality issues. I hope you enjoy navigating the page and find the articles engaging. My workmates and I have tried to do our best to portray this topic in the most respectful way possible, but we are biased humans, so please keep an open mind!
A little bit about me:
I am an international undegraduate student coming from Spain. I love travelling and when I was offered to do a year abroad in Canada, I didn’t hesitate! So far, the experience has been amazing. I really enjoy getting to meet new people and changing sceneries. I am also a very curious person and always try to stay informed about contemporary issues. Since I was a kid I have been very concerned about environmental affairs and gender based violence. My goal now is to keep improving my writing and use this ability as a device to bring to light important problems that lack of visibility.
